Unbeatable beachside living awaits at this stylish Cornish home, where the path from the garden leads straight to the sea. Stroll down to the beach (less than 0.5 miles) to discover a wide arc of white sand, perfect for children to play on, with turquoise waters ideal for swimming. Polzeath itself is home to a variety of beachfront eateries serving seafood snacks, so head out each day to sample what’s on offer. Further along the coastline, visit Rock (3 miles) and take the passenger ferry to Padstow (4 miles). This eclectic town is ever-popular with locals and visitors alike, boasting a lively harbour and a celebrity-owned restaurant. Chy on Ros is an exceptional property. Beautifully designed, furnished and equipped. We felt extremely comfortable and privileged to enjoy this superbly located gem.

One of the best houses we have stayed in, and we have been benn coming to Polzeath for over 50 years!! I loved the space and the kitchen was wonderful I wish I had had my Thermomix there. Everything about Chy An Ros was just perfect from the standards of the furnishing, which were just beautiful to the overall cleanliness of the property. Had a wonderful week. Gorgeous, spacious property right next to an amazing beach. Our little ones loved spotting bunnies in the garden, paddling in the pools on the beach and having dinner on the patio. We can't wait to come back.
