The sandy, 1-mile stretch of shoreline provides ample space for everyone, even in the height of summer, and the calm, clear waters are perfect for bathing, kayaking, and paddleboarding. As expected, the area is a paradise for walkers, with easy access to the South West Coast Path and footpaths leading to stunning beaches such as Polzeath and Daymer Bay. For keen golfers, the famous links course at St Enodoc is just 0.5 miles away.

The main living space is a bright and inviting lounge/kitchen/diner with wooden floors and floor-to-ceiling windows looking out across the Cornish countryside. Come together around the large wooden table (with a mix of bench seating and chairs) for family mealtimes, before retiring to the cosy lounge area to chat long into the night in the glow of the wood burner. Alternatively, head through to the main lounge for a movie night in front of the Smart TV. A refreshing shower room and a utility room round off the ground floor. All four delightful bedrooms are upstairs. The first is a master super-king-size bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe, dressing table, seating area, Smart TV, and en-suite shower room. Next is a king-size bedroom with plenty of storage, countryside views, and an en-suite shower room. The third bedroom is a twin room, and the final bedroom has two sets of bespoke bunk beds.
