Making a fantastic hideaway for larger families and groups of friends, this spacious property enjoys an ideal location close to the magical Daymer Bay. Perfect for exploring the North Cornwall coast, the charming village of Polzeath is just a mile north, known for its beautiful surfers’ beach. To the west is the rugged and secluded Greenaway Beach (1 mile) or you can head south to the popular village of Rock, home to Rock Beach and Porthilly Cove (2 miles). From Rock you can take a foot ferry across to Padstow (3 miles), a cheerful port with a fabulous choice of seafood restaurants. Heading north-east along the Cornish coast, the coast path leads along to the beautiful village of Port Isaac (7.5 miles) and the ancient Tintagel (13.5 miles). Inland attractions include Pencarrow House and Garden, Bodmin Jail Attraction, and Camel Creek Family Adventure Park, all within 14 miles.

Entering this spacious hideaway, head upstairs to the first floor where you will be greeted by the generous and welcoming main living areas. The elegantly arranged kitchen/diner has a fantastic central dining table, perfect for a family feast which you can prepare in the fully equipped kitchen area. The kitchen also has a handy breakfast bar and a seating area, with French doors opening out onto a charming balcony. With a table and chairs, the balcony is a great spot for a light breakfast. Back inside, a few steps lead up from the dining area and into the fresh and relaxing lounge. Sitting beneath a double-height ceiling, with a high glass wall allowing light to pour in, the lounge also features sumptuous seating, a TV and a roaring wood burner. From the main living area a wooden staircase leads up to the mezzanine level. Overlooking the lounge, the mezzanine features a lovely king-size bed alongside a built-in wardrobe, a characterful porthole window and a refreshing en-suite bathroom. Heading back down to the ground floor you will find an invigorating bathroom and four chic bedrooms – three pretty twin rooms (one en-suite) and an en-suite king-size room.

Stepping outside, the sunken sun terrace has ample outdoor furniture offering an ideal spot for dining alfresco on a lazy summer’s day. A few steps lead up onto the pretty lawn. Off-road parking is available for four cars.
