A fantastic hideaway for larger families and groups of friends, this light-filled retreat makes a wonderful base for walkers, nature spotters and beach lovers discovering an idyllic stretch of the magical North Cornwall coast. Rock is a popular village full of exceptional pubs and restaurants. The beautiful Polzeath Beach – popular with surfers – and the secluded Daymer Bay are just a couple of miles north. From Rock you can take a ferry across the River Camel to the charming fishing town of Padstow (2 miles), famous for its renowned seafood restaurants and working harbour. The beautiful villages of Port Isaac (8 miles) and Tintagel (15 miles) lie along the northern coast. Inland you can visit Pencarrow House and Garden, Bodmin Jail Attraction and Camel Creek Family Adventure Park, all within 13 miles.

Entering this airy, fresh and spacious property, the inviting hallway leads through to the stylishly arranged open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with full-length windows allowing plenty of light to stream in. The cosy lounge has sumptuous seating and a Smart TV, with a sociable central dining table immediately behind. The sleek and elegantly arranged kitchen occupies a corner of the room, perfect for preparing family feasts. The relaxing first bedroom is on the ground floor: a bright and cheery bunk bedroom. The ground floor also features a fully equipped utility room alongside a refreshing shower room and an additional wet room, perfect for washing away sand after a day at the beach. On the first floor you will find a family bathroom and three more bedrooms: a pretty king-size room, a snug twin and a beautifully furnished super-king-size room which has an en-suite shower room and access to a lovely balcony offering a charming view over the garden. Heading up to the second floor there’s a handy desk on the landing if you’ve got work to catch up with, and a cheerful twin bedroom with a built-in wardrobe and an en-suite shower room.

From the lounge, patio doors open out into the delightful fully enclosed garden with a sweet lawn. A step leads down onto a sunny furnished patio offering a fantastic spot for a charcoal BBQ or a quiet drink in the evening. A gate at the end of the garden leads to the shared boules court. Parking is available for two cars.

Wonderful location, lovely and quiet. The property is very cosy and well heated.
