Offering cosy accommodation for up to six guests, this centrally located triple-level retreat is a wonderful base for walkers, beach lovers and water sports fans. The cheerful seaside village of Rock has a beautiful beach and a host of fantastic restaurants and pubs. For golfers, the popular St Enodoc Golf Club is just a 350-metre stroll inland, while beach lovers can head to Porthilly Cove to the east (0.5 miles). Heading along the South West Coast Path you can visit the stunning Daymer Bay and the surfing beach at Polzeath (both within 3 miles), and then on to the rugged Pentire Headland (4.5 miles). From Rock, a foot ferry service crosses the River Camel to Padstow (1 mile), with its bustling harbour and fantastic seafood restaurants. Inland, you can explore Pencarrow House and Gardens, the Bodmin Jail Attraction and Camel Creek Family Adventure Park, all within 14 miles.

Entry to the property can be found from the front door into the hall or via the garage and utility room. The ground floor has an invigorating shower room and the first of the property’s four well furnished bedrooms: a cosy bunk room. Heading upstairs to the first floor, you will find the light and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, making an ideal space for you all to unwind in. The inviting lounge has ample seating, with a TV and a Juliet balcony offering fantastic views towards the estuary. There’s a sociable dining area to one side, and the rear of the room has a fully equipped kitchen. The first floor also features a cosy double bedroom. Further stairs lead up to the second floor and the refreshing bathroom. This floor also houses the two remaining bedrooms, both with brand new beds for 2026: a cheerful twin room with a skylight set in a low sloping wall, and a bright, relaxing double bedroom with a TV and access to a delightful balcony. With a table and chairs, the balcony makes a lovely spot for a quiet breakfast as you take in the glorious view over the estuary.

Stepping outside, a small courtyard has a stone bench offering a pleasant spot for a morning coffee. Parking is available for one large car or two small cars.

Incredible location; Rock is much calmer than Padstow but depending on what you want, less amenities but a great vibe. Wish we had invited friends and family to join us. The most wonderful view every morning over the estuary.

The views are spectacular, the property has everything we require and is in the perfect location in Rock with so many coastal walks, the frequent ferry to Padstow and much more.
