Offering fresh and relaxing accommodation for up to eight guests, this surprisingly spacious hideaway is perfect for larger families and groups of friends discovering Polzeath, Rock and Padstow Bay. Situated above a parade of shops at the heart of the village, the property offers immediate access to the beach which is a great spot for surfers, sunbathers and nature spotters. Polzeath has a choice of friendly places to eat and drink, all within a few metres of the apartment. The South West Coast Path leads down past Greenaway Beach and Daymer Bay to the charming village of Rock (3 miles), known for its friendly pubs and restaurants and its lovely beach. From Rock, you can catch the foot ferry to Padstow (3.5 miles), a lively port known for its fantastic seafood restaurants. Heading north, the Pentire Headland (1.5 miles) offers some magnificent sea views.

Entering the property a flight of stairs leads up to this stylishly decorated and tastefully furnished first-floor apartment. Once inside, the welcoming hallway has plenty of space for leaving coats and shoes, before winding round and leading you through to the light-filled open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Light streams through the large windows into the sunny, coastal-themed lounge, which has ample soft furniture and a Smart TV. At the heart of the room, you will find the sociable central dining table, leading over to a fully equipped and thoughtfully organised kitchen area. From the lounge, glass doors slide open, giving access to the pretty balcony which is furnished and makes a lovely spot for a quiet drink in the evening and taking in the views over the beach and out to sea. Exploring this charming getaway further, there’s a refreshing bathroom and a choice of four bright and chic bedrooms: a pretty king-size room which has doors to the balcony, a cheerful en-suite double, and two cosy super-king-size rooms.

Although the property has no outside space of its own, the beach is just over the road, and there’s a fabulous array of restaurants and pubs in the immediate vicinity. A parking space is available for one car.
