A perfect bolthole for couples and smaller families, this truly delightful hideaway offers fresh and cosy holiday accommodation for up to four guests enjoying a peaceful break in the charming coastal resort of Rock. The cottage lies in a quiet spot on the outskirts of the village, down a lane leading to the St Enodoc Golf Club (1 mile). The sheltered Porthilly Cove is just half a mile away, with the beautiful Rock Beach just a mile to the west. The stunning Daymer Bay and the surfing beach at Polzeath are along the north coast, both within 2 miles. From Rock you can take the foot ferry across the River Camel to the thriving town of Padstow (2 miles), known for its busy working harbour and seafood restaurants. Inland, you can visit the Bodmin Jail Attraction, Camel Creek Family Adventure Park and Pencarrow House and Garden, all within 13 miles.

Entering this inviting property the hallway leads through to a snug and cheery lounge with a Smart TV, plush seating and a flame effect electric fire, providing an ideal space to unwind in after a fabulous day exploring North Cornwall. From the lounge, you can head into the sleek and stylishly arranged kitchen/diner which has been fully equipped to help you rustle up your favourite meals, and features a Smart TV, ample cooking and cleaning equipment, and a sweet farmhouse-style dining table over by the window. When it’s time to turn in for the night there’s a choice of two light, fresh and spacious, beautifully decorated bedrooms, each with a Smart TV, built-in wardrobe and dressing table: there’s a charming super-king-size room and a pretty double. The accommodation is rounded off with an elegantly tiled family bathroom with a bath, walk-in shower, WC and underfloor heating.

Heading outside, the relaxing patio has ample outdoor furniture providing a fantastic spot for a BBQ or a drink in the evening. There’s a lovely hot tub to luxuriate in after a great day out, and guests are also welcome to take a stroll around the large shared garden with mature trees and a small pond. Off-road parking is available for one car in a covered space just a few metres from the property.
