Heading north, there are some wonderful coastal spots including Daymer Bay, Greenaway Beach and Polzeath, all within 2 miles, with Port Isaac (8 miles) and Tintagel (14 miles) a little further east. From Rock, a foot ferry will take you across the river to the vibrant port of Padstow (2 miles), famous for its fantastic seafood restaurants and working harbour.
