Nearby family attractions include Crich Tramway Village, Heights of Abraham, and Chatsworth House, all within 12 miles. You can also enjoy day trips to the attractive Peak District towns of Bakewell (13 miles) and Buxton (25 miles).

The decor is calm and relaxing, with natural tones to complement the cottage’s original features. On the ground floor, you’ll find two inviting lounges, both with sumptuous seating to sink into. One of the lounges has a Smart TV for enjoying movie nights together, and a roaring wood burner for chilly nights. The other has a selection of books and board games with an electric fire. Off of the second lounge is an office space, should you need to catch up with work whilst away. The social hub of the house is a country-style kitchen/diner where you can whip up tasty feasts using local ingredients, which you can share together around the central island or at the bench-style dining table overlooking the garden. In summer months, open up the patio doors for an indoor/outdoor dining experience. Rounding off the ground floor is a handy utility room and a separate WC. Upstairs, discover two exceptional bedrooms – a super-king-size and a king-size - with gorgeous wooden furniture, plush linens, and tranquil colour schemes.
