From Rock, a foot ferry will take you over the River Camel to the lively port of Padstow (3 miles), known for its working harbour and seafood restaurants. Tintagel Castle, Pencarrow House and Gardens, and the Bodmin Jail Attraction are all within 15 miles.

Exploring the ground floor further, there’s an invigorating shower room and a utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and a further shower room. Finally, a stylish wooden staircase winds up from the lounge to the first floor which houses a spacious bedroom with a lovely super-king-size bed, ample storage space, a Smart TV and a beautiful en-suite bathroom.
From the lounge sliding glass doors lead out into a sweet courtyard with a table and chairs, providing a perfect spot for everyone to get together and dine alfresco. Round the corner, the charming south-facing garden has a further patio with plenty of seating alongside a lovely lawn. There’s also an outdoor shower, a BBQ and off-road parking for two cars.
