Attractive two bedroomed end of terrace house, situated in an elevated position overlooking the railway station, perfect for catching a glimpse of the steam trains and enjoying the glorious views over the marina and towards Whitby Abbey. From here it is only a two-minute walk to the centre of the town an excellent base from which to explore Whitby and surrounding places of interest. The property has a little garden to the front of the property and a patio area with furniture to the rear. A private parking space for one small car is also provided.   

GROUND FLOOR:
Entrance: Hallway with coat hanging and shoe storage.
Kitchen: Electric hob, oven and grill, fridge freezer, integral microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee machine. Small breakfast bar with stools.
Lounge/Diner: Dining table and chairs, wooden display cabinet. French doors leading to a small conservatory with seating, overlooking the patio to the rear.
Two leather effect sofas, standard lamp, nest of tables. TV with Freeview and Freesat, Bluray / DVD player, CD / radio with selection of DVDs books and games. Stone fireplace with electric fire. Glorious views across the marina towards Whitby Abbey.

FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: King size bed with chest of drawers, large wardrobe and storage. TV with Freeview. Lovely views towards the Marina and Whitby Abbey.
Shower Room: Shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet and illuminated mirror.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (Zip and Link to King), chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe, two chairs and TV with Freeview.
Bathroom: Large corner bath, electric shower over the bath, toilet. Wash basin built into a vanity unit with storage and a mirror.

Pets: Sorry, no pets.
Garden: Small garden and seating area at the front of the house from which you can catch a glimpse of the sea and a patio with sitting out furniture at the back of the house.
Parking: Parking space for one small car.
Heating: Gas central heating
Short breaks: Not accepted at peak times.
Notes: Towels are not provided. WiFi is not available. No smoking at this property. Mobile phone signal is strong.
Front and rear of property are accessed by several steps.

We go here every year, and wouldn't go anywhere else. Jigsaw cottage is warm, welcoming and homely. The views are spectacular, and we are central to the old town.

Good location and well equipped. The cottage has WiFi, although small print say not.

A really lovely house in a great location. Everything was lovely and clean and in good working order. And a wonderful view! Perfect for a family holiday.

The cottage is in a prime position , more or less in the town centre . So good, I am returning in September.

This property is in a great location with the added bonus of a parking space. It was spacious, warm and comfortable with a great view from the living room and front bedroom.

The property is an ideal location. A 4 min walk into town centre with lovely views of the Abbey. It was comfortable has everything you needed.

The location was excellent for us as we travelled by train so it was so easy to get from the rail station and very handy for the buses. Also so near to the co-op. A lovely holiday.
