I think Id reconsider allowing dogs / pets as the smell of them lingers and hair and mud are difficult to eradicate. Its a beautiful spot and a great quiet base from which to explore around. Getting to Skye was about a three hour drive in beautiful scenery.

A beautiful retreat. The pictures of the landscape on the website really are so close by, and the waterfall is out the front door. We were welcomed so warmly by the owner, made to feel at home and given advice on the area. The Glenfinnan Viaduct is a 10 minute walk (tourist centre) and the railway station/excellent dining cart is about 20 minutes.
