A lovely 'home from home' feel to the property. Very well equipped kitchen. Lots of games and books provided which was a lovely touch. Comfortable beds and great views from the balcony. Loved the fluffy towels which were proper bath sheet size. We were 3 generations and a dog who all had a lovely holiday!

We had a lovely stay at this well equipped house, which had everything you could wish for. The walk up from the passenger ferry is definitely steep, so a reasonable level of fitness helps, but even our 4 year old managed it without a single complaint, which says a lot! A rewarding climb with a great place waiting at the top.

The property was nice enough but literally right next door to a building site with vans etc blocking the sea view wed paid a premium price for, plus noise and disturbance of workmen going up and down the side. Also neighbours car partially blocking the drive on occasions. Not dirty in anyway but it didnt have a freshly cleaned odour. 6pm check in iRead mores very late. Stickers telling you what to put where everywhere so felt very regimented and not relaxing when you fear putting a fork back in the wrong spot. Heating was temperamental. Low hanging lights with glass shades were dangerous. A large number of family photos were a little off putting for us. Remote location and village shop was closed on our arrival (didnt open until our 4th day) and as no welcome pack of even a pint of milk offered, go prepared or expect a journey for supplies. For the premium priced property, wouldnt go back. Hide

Beautiful cottage really well appointed. House was lovely and warm and dressed for Christmas which was nice. Would recommend , however steep hill to the harbour, not for those who struggle with mobility.
