A lovely house in a fabulous location with stunning views at the rear. Ideal for all the family and the upside down layout really maximises the views.

We had a fantastic weekend stay at the beautifully appointed and immaculate Tern House! The house has stunning countryside views and we very much enjoyed seeing the sheep, lambs, cows and calves come and go. All of the rooms have been decorated and furnished to a very high standard and the kitchen was fully equipped. The garden was well maintainRead moreed and a lovely play space for the children. We enjoyed the easy walk (or scoot!) into Seahouses which was full of things to do for our group of 2 adults and 3 children (aged 8, 8 and 6). As recommended in the welcome-book we visited the Italian restaurant Insieme and Hook Fish and Chips, as well as a visit to the Farne Islands with Billy Shiels, where we saw lots of puffins! We will be returning to Tern House for our next Northumbrian holiday. Highly recommended. Hide
