This delightful cottage offers the perfect blend of village tranquillity and seaside vibrancy, with peaceful Shaldon on your doorstep and bustling Teignmouth just minutes away. A gentle walk of just over half a mile leads to Ness Cove Beach, a secluded stretch of sand reached via an atmospheric smugglers’ tunnel. Take the ferry or a quick drive across the river to Teignmouth, only a mile away; there you’ll find a popular seaside town brimming with attractions, from its golden beach and historic pier to family-friendly entertainment, restaurants, and lively events, making it a wonderful destination for all ages.

Arrive via a flight of stairs from the ground floor and step into the inviting open-plan living space. Unwind on the comfortable sofas with a film on the TV or relax with your favourite book.
