This light-filled, contemporary holiday home overlooking Woolacombe is well placed for groups of friends or family eager to explore North Devon's best-loved spots. Just under 2 miles away, Woolacombe Beach promises golden sands, rolling surf, and plenty of space for beach games. Within an 8-mile drive, you can reach the neighbouring surf havens of Croyde, Saunton, and Putsborough. For a change of pace, the Victorian resort town of Ilfracombe lies 4 miles away, offering seaside heritage, independent shops, and a picturesque harbour. If you’d rather swap the coast for countryside, Exmoor National Park begins 4 miles from the doorstep, with wild moorland, wooded valleys, and dramatic walking trails to enjoy. Further afield, Barnstaple (11 miles) makes for a great day out, with its pannier market, riverside walks, and choice of shops and eateries. Or you can visit the charming estuary villages of Instow (16 miles) and Appledore (20 miles).

This semi-detached home promises comfort and calm, with everything you need for a coastal break. Although set next to the owners’ property, your privacy is assured, leaving you free to unwind and make the most of your stay. Head inside to a welcoming hallway that leads into the bright open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner. Here, double patio doors draw in natural light and open straight onto the garden terrace. You’ll find everything you need to cook, eat, and relax, with plush seating and a Smart TV for evenings in. The ground floor hosts two bedrooms: a light-filled twin room with a Smart TV, sofa, and garden views, and a cosy double bedroom. A sleek shower room completes this level. Upstairs, choose from two further bedrooms. One king-size room has Velux windows and an en-suite shower room. The master bedroom is the real showstopper – featuring a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, and luxurious en-suite bathroom. Step out onto your private balcony through the double patio doors and take in elevated coastal views – a glorious setting for morning coffee or evening stargazing.

Outside, the large patio is made for sociable moments, with a dining table, chairs, and a hot tub for soaking under the stars. Beyond lies a lawned garden for exercising dogs or a kickabout with the children. Private off-road parking for two cars is provided, with extra roadside parking nearby (subject to availability). An EV charging point is also available by arrangement (at an additional cost payable to the owner).

Had a fantastic week in the home. Beautiful inside with everything you would need including the nice little extras that were left for us. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful and Wilson their gorgeous dog was entertainment for our 2 mad spaniels. They even loved the little extras that the hosts left for them too. We really enjoyed our stay. We were a group of 6 adults and two young children, and we had plenty of space. The lounge is very comfortable, much appreciated as we stayed in every evening, and the bedrooms are spacious. It was special to be able to see the sea from the house, and the accommodation is very well located for local exploration - we haRead mored so many choices where to go each day. We could look forward to returning to a relaxing, comfortable and peaceful base after day trips out. This was our first visit to Luino and it exceeded our expectations. It is a beautiful house in a fabulous location with stunning views. It was immaculate when we arrived and we couldnt fault anything. The small touches, like the welcome basket were very much appreciated. It had everything we needed for our stay and our dog loved the huge, very secuRead morere garden. The bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable and all the bathrooms were very clean. The huge kitchen/living room was well equipped and very comfortable. We made use of the hot tub, which was lovely after a long day out walking. It is very close to Woolacombe, which has a fabulous beach. The owners of the property were on hand if we needed anything and were extremely friendly and welcoming. You always wonder when you see photos on a website just how much space there really is or if the camera lense is making the space seem bigger. In this case the photos are true to life! The property is magnificent, well equipped location great and superb views. We had five adults and a toddler staying and there was plenty of space for everyone.
