Fully equipped with contemporary appliances and ample dining space, this bright and airy room is perfect for preparing delicious meals and enjoying them together. Upstairs on the first floor, the cottage boasts two beautifully appointed bedrooms. One is a versatile zip-and-link super-king bedroom with an en-suite private shower room, ideal for flexibility, whether you’re travelling as a couple or with friends. The second bedroom on this floor is a comfortable king-size room featuring an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a separate shower, providing a luxurious space to refresh and relax. The second floor mirrors this layout with another zip-and-link super-king bedroom complete with an en-suite shower room; plus a further king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom offering a bath and separate shower, ensuring ample space and comfort for all guests. An excellent house to stay in. Modern, clean and ideally located to walk into Kelso. The fact that all of the bedrooms are en suite is fantastic and everything is there for you. We all had such a great time.

A fabulous centrally located townhouse. Modern with period features, beautiful kitchen, very comfy beds, lots of room, wonderful ensuites - two have baths as well as showers. House was well equipped - only thing missing was wine glasses. We didn't want to leave :-)
