Entering this beautiful property, the boot room leads into a welcoming main hall with stone flooring. Heading through, the handsome dining room is perfect for family get-togethers, and takes you through to a fully equipped and stylishly arranged galley kitchen. Exploring the ground floor of this imaginatively re-styled property further, you will find the first two bedrooms: a delightful king-size, and a cosy triple room which has three single beds. The ground floor also has a useful bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC. Upstairs, the generous family room makes a fantastic lounge space, with double-height windows and a wealth of large original exposed beams set in the high vaulted ceiling. Featuring a log burner, TV and sumptuous seating, this is a spacious and relaxing spot for you all to unwind in after a great day out. The final bedroom is also upstairs: a charming high-ceilinged king-size room with floor-to-ceiling windows and a refreshing en-suite shower room.

Outside, a few steps lead up to a spacious enclosed patio area with ample furniture, offering a relaxing spot for a BBQ or a drink in the evening. There’s also a handy enclosed grassy space with room for pets and younger guests to play. The double drive has parking for two cars.

We loved our stay here - party of 4 adults and 2 dogs. The house is full of character and has been renovated to a high standard, with very comfy beds and sofas. The owners are super friendly and did a great job supplying us with local info. Pub in walking distance (Bricklayers Arms) serves excellent food and is dog friendly. Also recommend a trip tRead moreo sandy Winthorpe beach which allows dogs all year round, with good cafe / bar The View, approx 20 - 25 min drive. We had a really great weekend away here. The hosts were lovely, and we were there over Easter so they got our children an Easter egg each, which was really appreciated. The house was well equipped and really well decorated, and it's only 30 minutes from Skegness for a day on the beach.
