You won’t have to travel far to pick up amenities or enjoy an evening meal, with shops, pubs, and restaurants easily accessible within 300 metres. Head off into the stunning Peak District National Park (4 miles) and find an abundance of walking and cycling routes suitable for all abilities. The cascading Middle Black Clough Waterfall is 8.5 miles from here, and the popular B29 Crash Site can be accessed 17 miles away. The vibrant market town of Huddersfield (7 miles) has plenty of attractions, restaurants, and shops.

On entering this property, you will immediately find yourself in the sophisticated, modern house. Alight the stairs where you will find the two beautiful bedrooms, a king-size and a double, both have Smart TVs, so you can enjoy lazy evenings watching films or mornings in bed catching up on the news. Adjacent to the bedrooms is the family bathroom, which has a walk-in waterfall shower. Completing the interior of the property is a magical secret that any budding witch or wizard will love. The cottage was amazing and comfortable and close to the local puds, restaurants and shops. Garden was amazing on the different levels and listening to the birds The cottage had a secret that you must explore and you would be gutted if you missed out. Lovely house and beautifully decorated. The extra surprise is astonishing! My only gripe is that the stairs were a bit steep for me, especially on the way down. The road outside is also quite a busy one.

An absolute stunning property. The owners have gone above and beyond to ensure guests have a wonderful experience. Superbly located for Holmfirth town ,parking may be difficult if large vehicles but plenty down the road in council parking ,the house plenty of room superb fixtures and fittings crockery lovely

The place is immaculate! The details are gorgeous. Every single corner there is so much thought and effort into the house. It has every single thing you could possibly want or need for a stay. It was a group of 4 of us ladies who wanted a break from work/kids/life and thats exactly what we got. We didnt even end up stepping a foot outside (we didRead more check the garden out though just to see it but with the weather being what it was that living room fireplace was all we really needed). The mystery to solve was really the cherry on top. Wont put any spoilers but its like an escape room type adventure. As a big Harry Potter fan the surprise is a dream!!
