Situated in Langham, a small village within the region’s designated National Landscape, you’ll be well placed for exploration of the Broads and coastline. Keen walkers and birders will want to venture to Cley and Salthouse Marshes (3.5 miles) for exploration through the nature reserve, before stopping off at the visitor centre to refuel. Along the coast, you'll reach Blakeney (2 miles), a quaint harbour village where you can join a seal-spotting boat trip along Blakeney Point, making for an unforgettable morning. Back inland, Holt (6 miles) offers a change of pace with its Georgian streets, galleries and antique shops. History buffs can visit Langham Dome, just 1 mile from home, a remarkable reminder of the area's wartime past.

A very comfortable stay in a great location. Upside down living really works in this house and the views of the treetops everyday was really nice.

We had a very pleasant stay in Norfolk and found the cottage to be a lovely, modern space overall. The layout was good and the living area felt comfortable and well-designed. There were just a few small points we wanted to mention for completeness. The front door lock did not work, which meant we had to leave the door unlocked at all times. We infoRead morermed the housekeeper, but unfortunately the issue was not resolved during our stay, so we proceeded on the basis that the area was safe and left the front door unlocked throughout. In addition, in the main bedroom one foot of the bed was broken, which made it uneven. The kitchen was generally well equipped and the space worked well. It would also have been a nice touch to have a bottle of water available on arrival. Overall, it was a charming, modern cottage in a great location, and we appreciated the opportunity to stay there.
