This level also includes a shower room with WC and a utility room with access to the outside. Upstairs, the first floor has seven beautiful bedrooms: a super-king-size master with a luxurious en-suite including a free-standing bath, large shower, and his-and-hers sinks; three twin rooms, each with en-suite bathrooms; a double with a sleigh bed and en-suite; a four-poster double with a Jack and Jill en-suite shared with a bunk room (two bunk beds, sleeping four). On the second floor, there’s a twin and a quadruple bedroom with four singles, plus a family bathroom. The adjoining annexe provides even more space, with a lounge/kitchen/diner and two upstairs bedrooms – a super-king and a family room with a double with two singles – plus a family bathroom.

Outside, enjoy a fully enclosed courtyard with a covered heated pool (May to September, with winter heating available on request), a private hot tub, a gas BBQ, outdoor dining space, and large gardens to explore.
