This three-storey property enjoys a wonderful location on the water's edge, overlooking the harbour and historic city of Plymouth. There is much to see and do in Plymouth, including the National Maritime Aquarium, the waterfront Hoe, the beautiful art deco Tinside Lido, and the modern shopping centre at Drakes Circus. All of this is virtually on the doorstep of the property, just a few minutes away by water taxi across the harbour, 0.5 miles away from the property. The Mount Batten Peninsula itself offers plenty for visitors to see and do, with the South West Coast Path passing right by the property, several pubs and a multi-sport activity centre within 0.5 miles. Visit Bovisand beach (3 miles), a sheltered bay with yellow sands make it an ideal spot for swimming and rockpooling. Radford Park is just 2 miles away and makes for a lovely day out, with green spaces, a lake and an arboretum to explore. The area is perfect for an adventure exploring the South Devon Coastal Path, paddleboarding and kayaking.

Upon entering the property, guests will find the ground-floor bedroom at the end of the hallway, a wonderfully relaxing double room with large patio doors leading out to a marina-front terrace. This room also benefits from an en-suite shower room with WC. Also on the ground floor is the utility room, which houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a separate WC on this floor too. Taking the stairs, complete with handrails on both sides, to the first floor, you’ll find the lounge/diner, a bright and breezy room, the styling of which perfectly complements the sea views which dominate the room. Slide open the glass doors to enjoy the fantastic harbour views from the terrace. The Smart TV provides entertainment that can be enjoyed from the comfortable sofas, along with a selection of DVDs and games. The kitchen is also located on the first floor and is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up locally sourced produce or make yourself a speciality coffee. Another staircase brings you to the second floor, where the remaining two bedrooms are located. One is a tranquil double room with marina views, and the other is a twin room. There is a Jack-and-Jill bathroom on this floor with a shower over bath and WC, which can be accessed either via the hallway or directly from the double bedroom.

Outside, the property benefits from two waterfront terraces/balconies with marina views, one accessed from the ground-floor bedroom and the other from the lounge/diner. Both terraces have outdoor seating, and a BBQ is provided. There is private driveway parking for two cars.
