The popular Silver Mountain Experience is to the east (5.5 miles). For a day by the sea, head to the popular seaside resort of Aberystwyth (6.5 miles), which has two lovely beaches alongside a pier, harbour and castle ruins, with the Cliff Railway leading along to Constitution Hill and its impressive panoramic views. Aberystwyth also has a steam railway heading inland to Devil’s Bridge (8 miles), which offers some spectacular country walks.
A short flight of external steps leads down from the street and along a short path to the garden of this enticing single-level getaway. The cosy lounge area has a Smart TV, plenty of seating and a wood burner-effect electric fire set in a charming feature fireplace. At the heart of the room there’s a dining table perfect for romantic meals which you can cook in the generous, thoughtfully arranged and fully equipped kitchen. When it’s time to turn in for the night, head through to the light and airy bedroom with a lovely king-size bed and ample storage space. The accommodation is rounded off with an elegantly decorated bathroom with a shower over a deep corner bath.
Heading outside, the delightful enclosed tropical-style garden has an array of feature planting, with ample outdoor furniture and sun sails above the bubbling hot tub. On-street parking is subject to availability, about 10 metres from the property. Further parking can be found in the village hall carpark, 200 metres away. There’s also space in the garden for storing bikes.
