Set in a designated National Landscape, it offers the perfect blend of peace and proximity – tucked away from the buzz, yet just a mile from the town’s cobbled streets, harbour, and tempting eateries. With four beautiful beaches within 2 miles, you’ll be spoilt for choice. Visit Porthmeor for surfing adventures, or unwind on the golden sands of Porthminster, Porthgwidden, and Harbour Beach. When you’re not enjoying the sea and sand, St Ives invites you to wander its narrow lanes, browse galleries and independent shops, and refuel in tempting cafes or seafront restaurants. For far-reaching sea views and sunset vistas, walk a stretch of the South West Coast Path which runs right through the town.

Step into the welcoming hallway, to your left, you’ll find a cosy bedroom with a small 4' double bed. Straight ahead, the retreat opens up into a bright and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, complete with a Smart TV, a dining table for everyone to gather around, and dual-aspect windows that frame views across the beautiful gardens and let natural light flood inside. From here, you can head out onto a raised dining terrace. Back through the hallway, turn right into the welcoming lounge – a light-filled room with seating for all, a second Smart TV, and double doors leading straight into the rear garden. Just off the lounge, you’ll find a handy utility room and a cloakroom. Upstairs, discover three comfortable bedrooms – a double, a king-size, and a twin – finished in calm neutral tones with thoughtful decor for a good night's sleep. The stylish family bathroom rounds off this wonderful retreat.

Heading out the back, the raised dining terrace comes with a gas BBQ and steps down to an expansive enclosed lawn, bordered by mature shrubs and plants for extra privacy, and there is a handy outdoor hot and cold shower to wash off sandy toes. You’ll also have access to an exclusive-use field area with a fire pit and picnic bench for evening gatherings under the stars. From the lounge, two further raised seating areas provide peaceful spots to dine, chat, or simply unwind.
