Situated in a residential area of the picturesque town of Dartmouth, you will find everything you need on the doorstep, including shops, pubs, and restaurants within just 0.5 miles. The lovely harbour and waterfront (0.5 miles) are where you can hire a boat or take a rib ride out along the River Dart or over the estuary to Kingswear. You can also find providers of kayaks and paddle boards to hire or try out lessons. History buffs and keen walkers can enjoy a meander along the coast to Dartmouth Castle (1.5 miles), where you can stop off for a visit before continuing along the South West Coast Path. The remarkable golden shores of Blackpool Sands are 4 miles away and is a fantastic day out where you can relax and enjoy water sports.

In the months of May through to November why not attend one of the many local events, The Dartmouth Music Festival, Dartmouth Shakespeare Week, Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta and the Dartmouth Food Festival. 

Park your car on the private parking area and walk up the side of the property to find the front door leading into the first floor of the property. Hang up your coats or beach towels in the hallway before heading through to the large kitchen/diner. This charming space has period features such as fireplaces high ceilings, while seamlessly combining contemporary style. Containing a kitchen island, a Range cooker and a large dining table, this is the perfect space for cooking up meals and socialising together.  Downstairs on the ground floor is a utility room that houses a washing machine and tumble dryer for any laundry that you might need to do. Climb the stairs to the second floor which has the first of the bedrooms, a neutrally decorated double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and the lounge is also on this level. The bright and airy living space is decorated with nods to the property’s seaside location and has plenty comfortable seating and a Smart TV. A double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and a king-size bedroom are located on the third floor, alongside a Jack-and-Jill shower room. Up the final flight of stairs to the fourth floor, are the last two bedrooms, a double and a single, which also has an additional trundle bed, and the last family bathroom.

Outside to the rear of the property, accessed via the kitchen, is a raised deck balcony with outdoor seating for alfresco dining, morning coffees, and evening tipples as the sun sets.

This is a really lovely family house that everyone can have their own space especially the children. The parking was extremely brilliant, we have a Q8, camper van and a Kuga and there was plenty of space for all 3 vehicles easily. The house was very clean and inviting. The only downside was that there is only one king size bed. There is plenty ofRead more space for a king size bed in every bedroom. But unfortunately there are only doubles in 3 bedrooms. The beds are really comfortable but unfortunately too small. It is a shame that there wasnt a microwave and an air fryer. If it wasnt for the size of the beds we would have rebooked. But the beds size has made the decision for us, unfortunately. This property has virtually everything we wanted for our family holiday. Plus It was great having control of the heating. Hide

The location of this property is perfect, a small walk to the harbour and shops but also a small drive to a wonderful beach (Blackpool sands) the property was clean and decorated well, and the en-suite to most of the rooms was ideal for a large group of us staying. Really fantastic stay and would love to return soon

A perfect and well presented house ideal for 9 of us, 3 of whom were children. It is well presented, has all the gadgets you need and even an Alexa in the kitchen.
