In the well equipped kitchen, you will find a table and benches for breakfast and casual eating, ample countertop space, storage cupboards, a large American style fridge/freezer, a quality electric range with gas hob, dishwasher, coffee-maker, and ample crockery for the most enthusiastic chef. From the kitchen is the utility room which provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, bench and dog supplies. From the hallway you gain access to the downstairs bedroom suite with its own sitting area and TV/DVD player. The super-king-size zip-and-link bed can be converted into twin beds upon request. From the hallway you also find a stylish bathroom with a large walk-in shower. A field (with stock fencing) at the rear of the property is for your exclusive use. Please note there will be grazing livestock in the surrounding fields at all times of the year, even if you can’t see them.
