Set deep in the Suffolk hills, the ancient yet charming market town of Framlingham, 1.5 miles away, is brimming with independent shops, pubs, and restaurants, and boasts beautiful public gardens and a magnificent 12th-century castle. Considered the jewel in Suffolk’s crown, head to Woodbridge, 13 miles away, to discover a weekly market full of local produce, riverside walks along the River Deben, and boat trips along the river offering superb views of Sutton Hoo. While away an afternoon skimming stones out to sea at the charming seaside town of Aldeburgh, 15.5 miles away, before admiring its Georgian buildings housing a wonderful selection of independent shops, galleries and restaurants.

Flooded with plenty of natural sunlight and boasting stunning, contemporary decor and underfloor heating, the spacious kitchen/diner that welcomes you into this idyllic retreat offers everything you need to be creative with local produce and enjoy dining with loved ones. Back downstairs, you’ll find two lovingly furnished double bedrooms, each with a TV and a stylish en-suite shower room.

Comfortable barn conversion in the countryside but not far from Framlington. All mod cons and comfy beds, great showers. Very airy and light filled. Georgie, the owner, very friendly and helpful.

The property was lovely. Clean well presented. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. It was easy reach of the coast and nature reserves. In our opinion it is the best property we have stayed in, we hope to return in the future

Very spacious and beautifully furnished house. Safe garden for our dog. We were only two but groups of four might like a washing up machine to be available. A lovely retreat away from busy south east.

Such a lovely property. The pictures did not do it justice. It's huge with high ceilings so feels very spacious but really cosy too. The property was filled with everything we might need. It was sparkling clean and the owners are really friendly and on hand if you have any questions. Lovely to see some horses, ducks and rabbits too. Garden is perfeRead morect if you have dogs, it's fully enclosed. It was Christmas when we stayed so very cold but I imagine its a lovely space for sitting outside in the summer. We couldn't have been happier with our stay. Highly recommended! Hide

The house was beautifully presented. Spotlessly clean. Very well equipped with kitchen equipment and appliances. Also had all the mod cons re tvs and radios etc. It was a very comfortable 'home'. Just outside the lovely Market Town of Framlingham. The owners were perfect hosts too!!
