A stay in this Sidmouth holiday apartment offers a wonderful mix of seaside fun and family-friendly days out. Start with a wander along Sidmouth’s charming seafront, where the pebbled beach, rock pools, and Regency architecture create a quintessential coastal experience. The town itself has plenty to explore, from independent shops and cafes to the beautiful Connaught Gardens for a picnic with a sea view. For a day of excitement, Crealy Theme Park (9 miles) is a family favourite, with rides, animal encounters, and indoor play zones to keep everyone entertained. If you fancy exploring more of the coast, visit Seaton (10 miles) for its beach and the scenic Seaton Tramway, which winds through nature reserves teeming with wildlife. A little further afield, Exeter (16 miles) makes a fantastic day trip, with its historic cathedral, bustling quay, and family attractions such as the Royal Albert Memorial Museum.

Arrive at this welcoming apartment via steps from the carpark and into the building, before taking the lift or stairs to the second floor. A final short flight leads you to your private entrance and into a bright hallway, ready to start your holiday. To the right, the bright and breezy lounge boasts an array of comfortable seating for relaxing after a day on the sand, with a Smart TV for cosy movie nights. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for fuss-free holiday cooking, with ample worktops to prepare delicious meals. Further along the hallway, the light-filled dining area is the ideal spot to gather for breakfast before heading out to explore. The apartment has two lovely bedrooms – a spacious double and a twin – served by a contemporary family bathroom.

While there’s no private outdoor area, the pebble beach is less than 200 metres from your door for morning strolls or sunset picnics. A private, secure parking space for one small to medium car is also provided for your convenience. Please note there are steps and a lift from the car park to the building entrance.

Had a great break in Sidmouth the apartment is close to the town and seafront so no need to use the car also the bus terminal is close by

Great location, comfortable beds and lounge furniture, equipment was all clean and useful. The carpet could have been cleaner and the hike up to the flat was tricky with bags. Generally, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again (with less luggage)!

Lovely spacious apartment. Very comfortable beds. Apartment was nice and clean and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Carpark space is small. Thankfully carpark was mainly empty during our stay. If busy it would be awkward to park car. Would definitely book apartment again.
