This stylish and spacious house offers a warm welcome and provides the perfect retreat for up to 6 guests with breathtaking views over the Loch Earn towards Ben Vorlich and Stuc a' Chroin. Drummond Estate Boat Hire is situated across from the driveway and offers the chance to explore the loch. This is a great base to explore the Trossachs and Cairngorms; conquer one of the 282 Munros Scotland has to offer. Crieff is 17 miles away where you will find a lovely selection of independent shops and restaurants. Crieff Hydro has some great activities including a treetop high-wire, segway adventure, and spa. From the driveway, you can join the old railway line – perfect for walking or cycling in either direction. Drummond Castle Gardens (18 miles) are among the most important formal gardens in Scotland and date back to the 17th Century. Golfers are spoilt for choice with courses in nearby St Fillans & Comrie

A tree-lined driveway leads from the road to this beautifully decorated property. Park on the driveway and take a moment to admire the mature gardens and the surrounding scenery. Step inside to find a similar sense of space, with a selection of light-filled rooms, where six guests can enjoy time together or relax in their own corners. There are two lounges, one at each end of the ground floor: a large formal lounge with double window aspect with a wood burner and a cosy snug, which is ideal for a quiet retreat for a book or a film on the Smart TV. The country-style kitchen has a large table and chairs and is well equipped with everything needed for hassle-free catering. A dining table with high-backed chairs provides the perfect setting for lively conversations while keeping the chef company, before heading through to the formal dining room to enjoy a meal together. Also on the ground floor is a hallway with a convenient downstairs WC and a utility room. Upstairs, three beautifully presented bedroom suites await, offering flexibility for any group. The master bedroom faces the loch and features a king-size bed and a luxurious en-suite with free standing bath, separate walk in shower, and WC. The second and third bedrooms have king-size beds, the third bedroom can be made as twin beds on request; both rooms have their own en-suites with walk in showers.

Heading outside, the spacious garden, which is mainly laid to lawn, is the perfect area for children to play and relax whilst you admire the splendid countryside scenery. The garden makes a fantastic spot for dining alfresco, with two large outdoor dining tables and a charcoal BBQ. Tucked away in a quiet corner of the garden, a private sauna offers a unique place to unwind while enjoying stunning views over the loch.  The undercover woodshed offers cover to store bicycles or golf clubs. A forestry road can be walked behind the house to enjoy an elevated view. Parking is available for up to three cars on the driveway.

It was an absolute treat to stay in this property. It was beautifully & tastefully decorated, and impeccably clean, Everything had been thought of down to the finest detail. Our stay was in winter and the house was always lovely and warm. Firewood was provided and if we required more we simply had to phone and the supply would be replenished.
