A lovely welcome to a warm cottage, box of biscuits and bottle of wine left for us, thank you. A Christmas tree had been decorated, a very thoughtful touch. Woodburner made it even more cosy. Kitchen was well equipped and we cooked our Christmas lunch there with no problems. We coped with the unusual bathing facilities, but would have preferred a pRead moreroper shower. Parking inside the gate only suitable for a small car, but we parked out front easily. Pretty village and a great pub within walking distance. Hide

We had a lovely short break in this traditional cottage . The weather was extremely wet so we were glad of the wood burner to help us dry out . Well situated and a well equipped kitchen . Lots to see in the area .

Location was amazing and we loved the cottage features and managed not to hit our heads. Weavers tea room well worth a visit and the pub in Badingham was great.

Delightful and quaint cottage with a lovely private garden. Very well equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge. Bathroom is period and the weakest link. Location is great with a superb gastro pub in walking distance. Suffolk is gorgeous with varied walking, music & foodie offerings.

Lovely characterful cottage, very clean and comfortable (as long as you mind your head on the low ceilings!). We found it well kitted-out with everything we needed, while retaining some quirky tudor features. The unusual bathtub is great for a relaxing soak, but a bit of a struggle to wash hair. Otherwise would highly recommend.

A lovely quaint old cottage in a lovely area. Ideally central for lots of places. Floorboards were a bit uneven but we expected that. Low beams which I banged my head on several times and I'm quite short. Had a lovely meal at the poachers pocket - good prices and large portions! The welcome pack was a nice touch. Rosecot is a super little cottage well equipped and comfortable. We loved our short stay there.
