Wasn't prepared to find such a stunning location. Set in it's own garden, all fenced in so we could relax as our dog was contained. The views were stunning. The hut was wonderfully fitted out with a generous supply of logs for the outside fire pit as well as the dinky little stove inside. Very comfortable bed. Sharp cooking knives. A great little tRead morewo burner and very efficient small oven. Because the flat well tended garden that surrounds the hut is set into a bank you end up almot sitting in the canopy of some sizeable oak trees growing below, which was a delight with a wide range of birds flitting about. The birds, along with the odd sheep and cows were the only thing you could hear, apart from a car going up the quiet lane about once an hour. There was a couple of very comfortable seats on the deck as well as the recliners by the fire pit. Some lovely blankets to wrap up in after enjoying the sunsets. Our hosts could not have been more willing to help out with any questions at all. Any texts were answered within a few minutes. Would highly recommend staying here. You won't be dissappointed. Hide

We had an amazing stay in this property. Lovely remote location, perfect for a stress free holiday. Property is very well fitted out for the size and the log burner was a cosy addition. Short drive away from Salcombe, Dartmouth etc for trips out. Would definitely come back.
