Really lovely. Peaceful to return to after a day out. Sitting with a glass of something in the pretty courtyard is lovely.

Spotlessly clean and comfortable accommodation on the outskirts of Oulton Broad. Good base for visiting Southwold, Aldeburgh , Lowestoft etc. Nice little courtyard.

Ideal cottage for one or two people, (plus dog). Extremely well looked after, and ideally situated to reach coast, Norwich and various market towns (eg Beccles).

The annexe was gorgeous, really cosy and exceptionally clean. The secluded yard/patio was perfect for the dog. Was given a very warm welcome on arrival, which was lovely. Overall we had a fab mini-break.

The cottage was extremely comfortable and quiet with the comfiest bed I have ever slept in. Our greyhound settled immediately and the open plan kitchen and living room was a joy. Will definitely go back, in fact it's so nice I could live there.
