The area has a wealth of historic landmarks and popular attractions to visit such as Framlingham Castle, RSPB Minsmere, Snape Maltings, the Norfolk and Suffolk Aviation Museum, Sutton Hoo and Camel Park Oasis, all within 15 miles.

At the centre of the room is the main dining area, which, with extra tables, can accommodate up to 27 people. Exploring the ground floor further, you will find a sweet and cosy TV room and a charming games room with a pool table. There’s also a ground-floor WC and a utility room. The beautiful oak staircase leads up to the first floor, which features two charming twin bedrooms (which can be made up as doubles on request), one with a handy en-suite shower room and both with south-facing windows with views towards the orchard. The large bathroom with shower and bath is also on this floor. Further stairs lead up to a double bedroom with lovely views out across the apple orchard. Another staircase across the galleried landing, leads to the main double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and peaceful views over the surrounding fields.
Stepping outside, to one side is an extensive garden with outdoor furniture; to the other side is the terrace with a covered cart lodge providing shade, a BBQ and ample outdoor furniture, making a lovely spot for dining alfresco on sunny days. Parking is available for four cars.
