I would recommend it. Very clean: the Size, the way it is set up, proximity to the field, the beach and the Downs. Location is great. Lots of nice small things to welcome you; milk, coffee, biscuits (human and Dog). With Parking. Our first holiday with our elderly dog and the flat and garden worked really well. Some glasses are in the high cupboRead moreard to the left of the sink. We took a door-mat and a pile of Dog Towels and used the double doors as our entrance. Neighbours were friendly. Great place to stay! Secure garden for the dog, the flat was spotless, cosy and comfortable and was perfect. We would definitely stay again and would recommend to friends. Brilliant walk opposite plus the sea is a few minutes walk. Host left a brilliant guide too

An absolute gem! There is everything you need in the many drawers and cupboards, and the owners have made the flat a home-from-home: I only discovered the beer glasses after a couple of days! I liked the ability to book arrival on a Saturday since the holiday can start with a visit to the market in Lymington. We really loved the apartment, the decoRead morer, the facilities and location. It also came with a "Welcome Pack" that we appreciated. The outside seating area was enjoyable in the autumn sunshine. The key question anyone would want to know is: would you return? What a lovely apartment, exceptional and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well equipped too, 2 bathrooms, amazing. Bedroom size very good and the bed was very comfortable too. Outdoor seating area is lovely and the parking is a bonus. Location excellent too.
