Don’t miss out on the chance to make incredible memories with a stay in this superb property. The Georgian manor house can sleep up to 15 people and has two kitchens as well as multiple spaces where everyone can relax, making it ideal for a very special celebration with friends or family. It’s located in the hamlet of Weston, in the heart of the Staffordshire countryside, and is easy to access from all areas of the UK, with the M6 just 10 miles away. Enjoy country dog walks from the doorstep, followed by a glorious gastro pub lunch at The Swan with Two Necks (3mls). The market town of Eccleshall is 4 miles, offering independent shops and an array of places to eat and drink. At Trentham, 7.5 miles, you can explore the gardens, shopping village and adventure playground, while Monkey Forest is just 6.5 miles and the epic Alton Towers is 21 miles. Walkers and cyclists will love the picturesque routes through the Maer Hills and Cannock Chase National Landscape.

The Grade II-listed property, set over three floors, makes an impact the moment you step over the threshold. Its impeccable decor sumptuously blends high-quality furnishings with sophisticated colours, patterns and textures to create an incredibly comfortable and stylish interior. Once inside the door, the grand entrance hall has enormous ‘wow factor’, featuring exposed beams, a wood burner set into a brick fireplace and a pair of large, plush sofas. It leads to the elegant dining room, which has views through its bay windows of the garden and distant rolling hills. Behind it, the cinema room has a huge projection screen, a superb sound system and cosy reclining chairs. Across the hallway is an enormous, open-plan living space which encompasses a fabulous, bespoke kitchen that flows through to a lounge and then round to a garden room. The kitchen includes an AGA cooker as well as an electric oven and hob, supplemented by a secondary kitchen tucked at the back of the property, which boasts another oven and hob plus laundry facilities – useful for storage or when catering for large dinners. Two steps up take you from the kitchen to the main lounge, which is filled with plush seating and boasts a wood burner and a Smart TV for ultimate comfort and relaxation. The garden room has vaulted ceilings, huge, double-aspect windows and patio doors, flooding the room with natural light. A smaller dining table for six people is set up in here. Anyone who needs to catch up with a little work can make use of the study. The utility at the back of the house has doors to the garden, making this a great place to pop down dog beds. From the entrance hall, stairs lead to first floor and five of the eight bedrooms, plus a spacious family bathroom with a free-standing bath and separate shower. The fabulous master suite includes a dressing room and a large en-suite shower room. The king-size – which has impressive A-frame oak beams – boasts an en-suite, and there’s also a single, a double and a twin bedroom, the latter two connecting if you wish. Keep going upstairs to the second floor to find three further double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite shower, and all of them enjoying stunning country views.

This superb house is set within expansive gardens which wrap around the back, side and front. Entrancing views stretch over to the Maer Hills and rolling Staffordshire countryside. Extensive lawns are punctuated by well-positioned terrace areas, making the most of the sun throughout the day, and equipped with furniture for both lounging and dining. The garden is secure and enclosed, ideal for dogs and children to play, and also includes a BBQ and a fire pit for those starlit evenings sitting around the flames toasting marshmallows. Access to the property is through wrought-iron electric gates, and the sweeping drive offers private parking for at least ten cars
