Crossing the river, you can explore the idyllic Polperro Heritage Coast (7 miles). Other local attractions and landmarks include Pinetum Gardens, St Catherine’s Castle and the famous Eden Project, all within 6 miles.
The property sits opposite the slipway and is accessed via a sloping path leading into the traditional and welcoming hallway. Heading outside, the front courtyard has a bench offering a quiet spot for you to sit back and watch the activities along the river. The back garden can be reached via the double bedroom: doors lead out to a flight of external steps, then up to the enclosed garden, which features a lovely elevated deck with a summerhouse, ample seating and wonderful views out across the town and over the river. Although there’s no parking at the property, there are two public carparks within 350 metres (charges apply).
