There is also The Smugglers Inn, half a mile away, well known for its Carvery and gluten free options. You're also well placed between the lively seaside towns of Dawlish and Teignmouth, both 1.5 miles away. These traditional resorts are full of fun, with sandy beaches, amusements and ice cream stalls. Dogs allowed year round on Holcombe Beach and the nearby Haldon Hills have miles of tracks for walking. There is also the pretty village of Shaldon with is mini-zoo and the famous Tunnel Beach along with some great pubs.
