This beautiful property is in the perfect location to explore the Rhondda Valley, Bannau Brycheiniog (the Brecon Beacons) and further afield in Wales. The house is surrounded by incredible, unforgettable scenery of forests, mountains and waterfalls, with the spectacular Rhigos viewpoint just 5.5 miles away. Zip World Tower is only 8 miles away, where you can soar above the Welsh landscape on the world’s fastest seated zipline. Walkers and cyclists will find all kinds of scenic routes and trails to follow nearby, the beaches at Barry or Porthcawl are within 28 miles, and the bright lights of Cardiff are just 30 miles away

Enter the grand hallway of this handsome property to find a double-height space with timber beams. The staircase is ahead of you, and tucked below the mezzanine, there’s a dining table with room for up to eight people to enjoy meals together. From here, head to the family room, where you’ll find comfortable seating, an open fire and a Smart TV – the perfect spot in which to curl up and relax. There’s a dining table for four and a breakfast bar for two in this impressive room, which has a vaulted ceiling with original A-frame beams. When you’ve eaten, the sumptuous seating invites you to spend an evening relaxing, perhaps with a show on the Smart TV. Alternatively, gather in the cinema room with its raked seating and huge screen, and indulge in a movie extravaganza; just log onto your own streaming account (Netflix Apple TV+, etc) and project from your phone or device onto the screen. The enclosed garden has gorgeous views and is a fabulous place in which to spend a sunny day.
