It’s surrounded by scenic footpaths that reveal some of the island’s most stunning landscapes and breathtaking views. For family fun, Blackgang Chine – the UK’s oldest amusement park, packed with quirky attractions and dramatic coastal scenery – is just 3 miles away. Nature lovers can explore the trails of St. Catherine’s Down (3 miles) and visit the iconic St. Catherine’s Oratory, known locally as the Pepperpot, with its panoramic views. Head to Chale Bay (2 miles) for peaceful seaside strolls or catch an unforgettable sunset over the water. A little further afield, Ventnor Botanic Garden (7 miles) showcases rare and exotic plants thriving in the island’s unique microclimate – a perfect spot for a leisurely wander.

The interior of this pleasant abode blends rustic charm with modern comforts, and benefits from an open-plan layout that’s great for spending time with your loved ones. To the right is a well-equipped kitchen for rustling up hearty breakfasts or post-adventure dinners. A bunk room is on this level, great for children or extra guests, plus a shower room and WC for added convenience. One of these also includes a handy single bed. A bright bathroom with a shower over the bath completes this floor.

Outside, the private patio area is ideal for morning coffees or al fresco meals surrounded by birdsong.
