This magnificent and impressive holiday home has five bedrooms and five bathrooms and covers almost 4,000 square feet, making it ideal for accommodating big groups, or families looking to spread out and celebrate or just relax. Located close to Braunton along the North Devon coast, it’s just 3 miles from the beautiful shores of Saunton Sands. Brauntons village centre bustles with activity and a smart selection of shops pubs, restaurants and eateries. Located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with nearby Braunton Burrows being home to the largest sand dune system in England and is a UNESCO-designated biosphere reserve. Also in the village is the fascinating Museum of British Surfing.

This stylish and well-designed home is one of a handful of properties and is approached via a 5 bar gate leading to a private gravel driveway. Entering the property via the spacious entrance hall and feature spiral staircase you already get a feel for the quality that awaits you.
