Enjoying a tranquil location in the picturesque village of Oxwich, this cheerful single-level annexe provides a lovely base for four guests eager to discover the stunning beaches and breathtaking landscapes of the Gower. The beautiful sandy beach at Oxwich stretches for 2.5 miles, a popular spot for a variety of water sports including water skiing, windsurfing and paddleboarding. Heading east along the coast, the beautiful Three Cliffs Bay (4 miles) makes a charming stop along the way to the thriving resort of Mumbles (10 miles), which has a wealth of great pubs and restaurants as well as a popular seafront and beach. The Wales Coast Path takes you around the Gower National Landscape, with local attractions and landmarks including Oystermouth Castle, Pennard Castle, Culver Hole, Rhossili Bay and King Arthur’s Stone, all within 10 miles.

A step leads up and into the welcoming hallway of this characterful annexe, leading down to the inviting lounge/diner with wooden flooring and beams, and large windows allowing natural light to stream in. With a Smart TV, ample seating and a wood burner effect electric fire, the lounge is a perfect space for you all to unwind in after a great day discovering the Gower Peninsula. There’s a sociable dining table to one side, perfect for sharing meals which you’ve prepared in the fully equipped and thoughtfully arranged split kitchen. The accommodation is all on one level, with a refreshing shower room and a choice of two cheery bedrooms: a peaceful double and a lovely twin.

Heading back outside, the sweet private patio has a table, chairs and a charming sheltered bench, offering an ideal spot for a quiet breakfast or a relaxing al fresco meal in the evening. Off-road parking is available for one car.

This downstairs apartment has a real continental feel about it, great for a holiday away from it all. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach. There was decent wifi, comfy beds and it's well equipped. Just one parking space, but spot on for our family.

Lovely , comfortable and well eqipped apartment only 7 mins walk to beach. Was nicely cool in very hot weather.
