This remote part of northern Powys offers miles of wonderful walks, hikes and bike trails for you to uncover, with the beautiful Lake Vyrnwy and Pistyll Rhaeadr Waterfall less than 10 miles away. The eastern border of the magnificent Eryri/Snowdonia National Park is only 15 miles away, or you can head south to the historic town of Welshpool (12 miles), home to the popular Powis Castle and Garden.

Heading outside, the extensive wraparound gardens are enclosed and elevated, with a charming patio offering plenty of seating. Relax here, a lovely spot for a BBQ or evening drinks around the fire pit and take in the glorious surrounding views, including horses and chickens in the neighbouring fields. Private parking is available for three cars. The bungalow is next to Bodfach Hall and their working stables; with prior notice owners are happy to accommodate a meet and greet with the horses or an opportunity to walk around Bodfach Hall Gardens.
