This inviting home right in the heart of Mumbles welcomes four guests and makes for a brilliant choice for families or groups of friends keen to explore the stunning Gower Peninsula. You’ll be 1 mile from Mumbles Beach, with Caswell Bay (2 miles) and Pwll Du Bay (4 miles) also close by for sun-soaked days by the sea. Foodies will love the west side of Swansea Bay for its fresh seafood and, at the right time of year, the village’s buzzing annual oyster festival. For laid-back moments, take a scenic stroll around Mumbles Hill Nature Reserve (0.5 miles), where clifftop paths and historic relics await. Cap off your day with a promenade wander, a stop off at a top-notch ice cream parlour, and be sure to get a photo of Mumbles’ iconic lighthouse (1 mile).

Step through the front door and into the bright and welcoming lounge, where two comfortable sofas and a Smart TV set you up for cosy evenings in. You’ll notice the artistic and thoughtful touches to the decor throughout, including the artwork on the walls and a characterful grandfather clock. The open-plan space includes a kitchen with sleek white units and skylights that flood the room with natural light. Snack at the breakfast bar or sit down at the wooden dining table for sociable meals with fellow guests. A handy utility room and a downstairs wet room with WC are also on this level. When it’s time to turn in, head up the elegant wooden staircase (complete with a chair lift) to find two cosy double bedrooms, plus an additional wet room with WC.

Outside, steps lead up to a small patio area with furniture. On-street parking is available, accessed at the back via steps.
