Escape to this quiet corner of the historic city of Bath and find the perfect base for families or groups of friends at this stylish and spacious home. Take a calming stroll in Henrietta Park (500 metres), a serene 7-acre park built in celebration of the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Victoria, or head to the other side of the city and visit Royal Victoria Park (1 miles). Here you will find a miniature golf course, botanical gardens, and the launch spot for hot air balloons that brighten the skies. No visit to Bath is complete without a trip to the Roman Baths (0.5 miles), a 2000-year-old bathing spot that has been restored into an interesting museum. You can also take a dip in the city’s natural waters, just like the Romans did, at the luxurious Thermae Bath Spa (0.5 miles).

Park up in the car port where two private bays await and walk into the inviting hallway of this sumptuous home. The kitchen/diner is fully fitted with contemporary cabinets and has everything you need to create culinary delights when you fancy a homecooked meal. Sit around the dining table and eat together, before reflecting on the day and listening to some music. An adjacent utility room has laundry facilities for guests’ convenience TV and comfort. Climb the stairs to the first floor where you will find an elegant lounge which has plenty of comfortable seating. The owners have also kindly provided plenty of books for your use. At the end of each busy day away, choose from three delightful king-size bedrooms, the first of which is on the ground floor alongside a shower room. The second king-size room is on the first floor with its own en-suite bathroom, while the third and final bedroom is on the second floor with an en-suite bathroom.

Outside, via doors leading from the kitchen, you will find a charming courtyard garden which contains outdoor furniture for all six guests, as well as a BBQ – perfect for al fresco meals together or evening tipples. For more outdoor space and pleasant views, a private balcony is accessed from the first-floor lounge. Guests will also benefit from two private parking bays.

An absolutely beautiful house within walking distance of centre of Bath with everything you could possibly need for a wonderful stay. It was exceptionally clean and comfy. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting the proximity of central Bath

We very much enjoyed our stay at Pulteney Mews: the welcome pack was exhaustive, and very helpful indeed; the facilities were excellent; and we had a wonderful time exploring many of the things the city had to offer.

The house was wonderful, just as described. It was in a perfect position for walking to all the main attractions in Bath but nice and quiet to come home to. There was a nice welcome pack of goodies waiting for us plus important things like milk and coffee . We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay.

A delightful property in an excellent location, so close to the centre of town yet very quiet. We enjoyed the clean, well-maintained and very comfortable house. We would definitely return when we next visit Bath, hopefully in warmer weather so we can enjoy the courtyard garden. Thank you.
