This characterful and elegant three-storey home has plenty of space for large groups of ten looking to explore beautiful Bath and the surrounding area. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, while a spacious dining room on the ground floor is perfect for celebrations. Nearby, you will find an abundance of shops, restaurants, and bars, all accessible in less than 0.5 miles. Visit the well-preserved Roman Baths, steaming thermae used nearly 2000 years ago. Peruse the intriguing galleries and museums or stroll through the stunning Royal Victoria Park Bath (300 metres) and the wildlife-rich Botanical Gardens (0.5 miles). Venture out of the city and breathe in the country air at the superb Mendip Hills National Landscape, which is 13 miles away.

Head inside and you will find the inviting hallway before leading through to the living room. This space is tastefully decorated and has a decorative fireplace; kick back and relax on the sofa as you watch movies or plan the days ahead. Cook up a storm in the practical kitchen and eat together around the ten-seater dining table. Completing the ground floor is a handy cloakroom WC and a utility room with laundry facilities. We were a group of 10 friends the house was fab, plenty of room for all of us, clean, tidy and well presented. Perfect location in the centre of everything. Would definitely stay again, thank you.

Great place for a family meet get together with 3 generations. Lots of ensuites made it easier for everyone and being so close to the centre made it easily walkable. House really well equipped for prepared meals for 10 and great to be able to all sit around the big table.

Lovely well appointed house nice & close to the city centre. Beds were comfy. Bathrooms were nice. Would definitely stay again.
