An inviting two-storey contemporary mews house in central Bath, close to Sydney Gardens, it is the perfect location for a restful or active holiday for couples, families and friends, and an easy drive to discover the beautiful Somerset countryside. In less than a half-mile walk, Bath's historic city centre attractions are waiting to be explored, including Pulteney Bridge, the Roman Baths, and the 6-mile circular Bath Skyline walk. Head 2.5 miles to the Bristol and Bath Railway Path's start and enjoy 13 miles of traffic-free cycling or walking. Otherwise, head to the historic house and gardens at Longleat House or to Lacock Abbey, which holds over 800 years of history and was a location for filming Downton Abbey and Harry Potter, 20 and 13 miles respectively.

This is a stylish house with fresh and bright decor inspired by tropical birds, as its name suggests. This is a reverse-level property, so as you walk through from the entrance lobby, you will find one double bedroom on the ground floor, with views of Bathwick St Mary's Church and a shower room. Also on this floor is a large shower room with stylish patterned grey tiling and wall art. Upstairs boasts an attractive open-plan kitchen, a living room and another twin bedroom. Light floods into the sunny citrus and warm grey living area/kitchen from three Velux windows, and there is also a bay window ensuring plenty of natural light. The living area has plenty of comfortable seating with a sofa and an armchair and there’s a Smart TV so you can catch up on your favourite shows. The 'U'-shaped kitchen has everything for your catering needs and the dining area is just in front of the kitchen area. The twin bedroom features a TV and can made as a superking on request.  There is off-street private parking for one car.

This cottage has no dedicated outdoor space, but Sydney Gardens and Henrietta Park are both just a couple of hundred metres away.

We loved our stay in Bath in this nice place. It was just as described and clean and tidy. We also loved that we could easily walk into the centre of town, and avoid parking costs. The fact that our car had a parking spot just outside was great when we arrived and when we left. Just a great home away from home.

This is the second time we have stayed here. The location is ideal for walking into Bath and it is great to have a parking space right outside the property. The property is well furnished and equipped with comfy beds and good showers.

Conveniently located, clean, well-equipped flat in Bath with parking. Although small, and the (spacious) bathroom for the upstairs bedroom is downstairs, the flat comfortably accommodated 3/4 guests. Bath Holiday Rentals provided a comprehensive and informative welcome e-booklet. Recommended.

Well-decorated, flat on a quiet street and a perfect location, close to all the sights, shops, pubs, and restaurants. Just as pictured with plenty of amenities - paper towel, toilet paper, kitchen towels, soap, body wash/shampoo. The best perk was washer and separate dryer! It was warm and they provided fans and the skylights can be opened. All batRead morehroom sinks were small, a bit wider than an airplane sink, but worked fine for a short, two night stay. Great place to stay . Friendly neighborhood, very clean and plenty of space . We had a family reunion and everyone loved the house. I would definitely stay there again !

Lovely, clean, and comfortable home in bath city with stunning views and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants you could ever need, a truly fantastic stay!
