St George’s Cove, Padstow’s small, sandy beach, is less than 1 mile away, while Harlyn, Constantine, and Trevone bays are all within just 5 miles. A regular pedestrian ferry runs from Padstow to Rock, and heading inland, the market town of Wadebridge is just 7 miles.
