This delightful barn conversion offers a warm and welcoming countryside escape. Sleeping ten, it’s ideal for large families or groups of friends looking to spend time together in beautiful surroundings. Just 1 1/4 miles from the picturesque coastal village of Hope Cove where you’ll find two pubs, a small shop, and two sheltered sandy beaches, perfect for sunbathing, paddling, or exploring the rock pools. This charming retreat is surrounded by the stunning scenery of South Devon’s National Landscape, with easy access to local pubs and farm shops. Also, a mile from the property is the charming village of Malborough with 2 pubs and fuel/shop. For a change of pace, head to nearby Salcombe, only 4.5 miles away, and hop on an estuary cruise to soak in sweeping coastal views and perhaps spot seals and seabirds along the way.

Step inside the barn, with reverse living and underfloor heating throughout offering maximum comfort during your stay. On the ground floor is an inviting king-size bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a shower over bath and WC and two twin bedrooms, both boasting smart speakers and plenty of space. A family bathroom serves both twin bedrooms with a shower over the bath and WC. Completing the downstairs area is another king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room and WC. On the first floor, the final bedroom boasts a double futon with full panel mattress and adjoining WC. The property features a spacious open-plan kitchen/diner, with a well-equipped kitchen area to cook up celebratory meals and plenty of room for guests around the dining table, seating 10.
