The road to Horsehoue from Kettlewell is beautiful but it is a narrow, steep, winding and single track. The cottage is excellent. The heating works really well keeping the whole cottage comfortably warm with no cold spots. It is the best equipped cottage that we have stayed at. We loved the garden and the views. The village is very small with no Read moreshops but the pub is very friendly. We were a party aged from teens to eighties and we all loved it. Hide

This is a very spacious and well equipped house. The location is great - sitting at the table on the patio you view the hills around whilst breathing in the fresh air. We enjoyed Pizza Night at the pub in nearby Carlton and travelled to the King's Head in Masham for a family meal out. Obviously the house is well equipped for diy meals should you Read morewish. We enjoyed a great family holiday for four generations. Hide
