A Guest Favourite. This beautifully decorated and spacious cottage is a peaceful retreat close to the unspoiled Suffolk coastline. The property blends contemporary and classic styling with a splash of colour and fun. Sleeping eight guests it offers a luxurious, cosy and comfortable base for a relaxed getaway with plenty of communal space. Situated in the peaceful village of Wrentham, it is surrounded by country lanes, ideal for walks and cycle rides. Wrentham has village shops, 2 friendly pubs and is within 2 miles of hidden coastal gem, Covehithe Beach, which can only be reached by footpath. Discover more golden sands at charming Southwold (4 miles), known for its inland lighthouse and bright beach huts. Take a stroll down the wonderful Edwardian pier, explore independent shops and galleries in the bustling high street or snap up fresh-caught fish for supper. Take the ferry across the River Blyth to the pretty village of Walberswick, famous for its crabbing contests. The RSNB Minsmere Nature Reserve (12.5 miles) and Benacre National Nature Reserve (2.5 miles) are home to some of the UK’s rarest wildlife

Open the front door and enter the spacious hallway. Wander into the open-plan living area to find the comfortable lounge featuring sumptuous sofas, a cosy space to sit back in and chat over the day’s adventures and make plans for tomorrow or watch your favourite shows on the Smart TV, whilst little ones can explore the toys and games in the children’s corner. The spacious open-plan kitchen/dining area provides a stylish space to enjoy a meal together. The kitchen, featuring an island breakfast bar, is well equipped to whip up a feast. Bi-fold doors flood this welcoming space with light, and there’s a further seating area with 2 comfortable sofas to create a truly communal space. The ground floor also houses a pretty double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. Upstairs are three further bedrooms: a beautiful king-size and a cosy bunk room overlooking the garden, and at the front, a charming king size room. Adjacent to this is a gorgeous master bathroom with a large free-standing bath and a separate shower.

Open the bi-fold doors from the dining area and step into the long garden, with lovely views across the Suffolk countryside and plenty of space for younger guests to run off steam. Relax on outdoor seating, light the charcoal BBQ and tuck into lunch on the lawn. Spend evenings unwinding in your own private hot tub. There is parking on the driveway for two cars and secure storage for bikes in the stable at the far end of the garden.

Lovely location, food and drink available at the pubs in the village. Convenience store is a short walk away. Cafe and takeaway at road junction.. The garden at rear of property is huge and excellent for exercising dog and children. Having off road parking is good.

Lovely property which has been decorated well. Perfect for larger families or groups of friends. Convenient location for visiting Southwold.

it was an absolute pleasurable experience our weekend stay. the thought in every detail of this place is very noticeable and appreciated! if the upkeep of it all will continue the way it is now it will defiantly be a come back place to be!! i would highly recommend using a part of the nice back garden for a swimming pool! looking forward for next tRead moreime.
